A multi-million dollar program by Epic Games that invests in promising new projects from the community that push real-time 3D development to new heights. The program specifically targets smaller teams, solo developers, and innovators using Unreal Engine (UE5 ) or Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) to bring bold, challenging, and creative dreams to life. It also supports projects transitioning from other engines and open-source tools that enhance the 3D graphics ecosystem.
Target Audience: Indie game developers, UEFN experience creators, film/animation studios, and open-source tool developers.

Geographic Eligibility: Global.

Tangible Benefit: Financial grants ranging from $5,000 to $75,000, with extraordinary projects receiving up to $150,000. Recipients continue to own their IP and can publish however they wish.
DEADLINE: Cycle 1 Submission Window: January 12 - March 20, 2026 (Closes 11:59 PM ET). Cycle 2 Window: June 29 - September 4, 2026.
