The International Max Planck Research School for Trustworthy Computing (IMPRS-TRUST) is a world-class doctoral program focused on the fundamental challenges of building trustworthy computing systems. The program is a collaboration between the Max Planck Institute for Informatics, the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, Saarland University, and RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Admitted students engage in cutting-edge research across areas such as security, privacy, formal methods, and dependable systems, benefiting from a vibrant, multi-cultural environment and full financial support.

The program is highly selective and looks for students with an excellent background in computer science or related fields. The application process involves a 15-minute research presentation followed by a Q&A session for shortlisted candidates. Applications are accepted year-round, with primary application talks held twice a year.
