2025 Space Astronomy Summer Program (SASP)
The Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) is inviting applications for the 2025 Space Astronomy Summer Program (SASP) running from June 2 to August 1, 2025. This competitive 9-week internship is designed for upper-division college students with a passion for space-based astronomy, softwareengineering, or public outreach. Participants will engage in hands-on #projects in AstrophysicsResearch, Science Software Engineering, Science Instrument Calibration, and Science Public Outreach. Benefits include a $22/hr stipend, relocation support, and subsidized on-campus housing. STScI encourages applications from diverse groups, especially women, minorities, veterans, and disabled individuals, through partnership with the National Astronomy Consortium (NAC).
