- Eligibility: Researchers under 41 years, focusing on relevant themes to the Latin America and Caribbean region.
Award: US $12,000 funded by the Government of the Dominican Republic.

- Deadline: February 15, 2024

- Nominating Entities:
1. UNESCO Member States via National Commissions.
2. NGOs in official relations with UNESCO and active in relevant fields.

- Nomination Language: English or French

- Nomination Requirements:
1. Description of candidate’s background and achievements.
2. Summary of work, publications, and supporting documents.
3. Statement of the candidate’s contribution to the Prize’s objectives.

Submission Process: Nominations to be submitted to UNESCO by the deadline.
