A call for mentors for the SAIGE Incubator, a national fellowship designed to fast-track talented students and professionals into impactful AI Safety research, field-building, or communication roles. Mentors guide a team of 2-3 mentees on a project focused on mitigating catastrophic risks from transformative AI. Eligibility: Primarily seeking Germany-located mentors. Requires approximately 1 hour per week commitment for 3-6 months. Tangible Benefit: Access to curious students committed to 8-10 hours/week of work on your research project, potential for publications, and long-term collaborators.
