Research Fellows Program at Microsoft Research India!
The Research Fellows (RF) Program at Microsoft Research India is designed to immerse bright, young minds in India into world-class research and cutting-edge technology. This initiative aims to prepare participants for successful careers in research, engineering, and entrepreneurship by providing them with the opportunity to work alongside some of the best researchers in the field. The program emphasizes contributions to the research lifecycle, including ideation, implementation, evaluation, and deployment.
Eligibility: Candidates should have completed BS/BE/BTech or MS/ME/MTech in Computer Science or related areas, graduating by summer 2024. Selection is based on academic performance, development skills, and research aptitude.
Research Fellows Roles: Fellows spend 1 to 2 years at MSR India, engaging in diverse projects such as theoretical computer science, AI development, programming languages, fieldwork, and software system building. The program prides itself on fostering academic, industry, and societal impacts.
