Raisin: Engineering Lead - Investment and Pension Products (Berlin, Germany)

Raisin, a leading platform for savings and investment products, is seeking an Engineering Lead for their Investment and Pension Products (IPP) tribe. This role involves leading a cross-functional engineering team (Backend, Web Frontend, Mobile) to build and internationalize Raisin’s investment products. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, team development, technical oversight, and ensuring high standards for performance, reliability, and security.

Eligibility: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of leadership/people management experience and 8+ years of hands-on experience in one core engineering discipline (Backend, Web Frontend, or Mobile).

Fluent in English; German is a plus. Must commit to working from the Berlin office at least 2 days per week.
