Program Manager - Digital Career Program (DCP) Online @ ReDI School
ReDI School of Digital Integration is hiring a Program Manager for its Online Digital Career Program (DCP) in Hamburg. The role involves overseeing program operations, student recruitment, volunteer onboarding, and partnership management to provide free tech education for people with migration and refugee backgrounds. Candidates should have 4–5 years of program management experience, fluency in German and English, and a passion for social justice. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a contract from February to December 2026. Salary is based on TV-L E11. DEADLINE: Applications are open; contract starts February 2026.
