The University of Cologne, one of the largest and oldest universities in Europe, is seeking candidates for two PostDoc positions at the Cologne Institute for Information Systems (CIIS) within the Faculty of Economics, Management, and Social Sciences. CIIS is renowned for its research and teaching in Digital Transformation and Digital Innovation, with a strong publication record and practical impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CIIS directorate in managing and coordinating research and teaching activities.
- Engage in research projects associated with CIIS research groups.
- Collaborate on and contribute to top-tier journal publications.
- Design, implement, and teach undergraduate courses in Information Systems Development and Systems Analysis and Design.
- Engage in CIIS activities and supervise students at various academic levels.
Candidate Profile:
- Ph.D. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Bio Informatics, Energy and Mobility Informatics, or Management.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ambition to pursue an academic career.

Position Details:
