Nethermind is seeking a Product Manager to lead early-stage ventures in crypto payments and wallet infrastructure, focusing on AI agents, humans, and APIs transacting value seamlessly. This 0→1 role involves customer discovery, shaping product vision, securing design partners, and planning go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions like x402/Agentic Payments and Agentic Wallet. The role requires thriving in ambiguity and a bias for action.

ELIGIBILITY: 3+ years in Product Management, with at least 1 year in a 0→1 or early-stage environment (startup, new product line, or venture studio). Demonstrated ability to find product-market fit through customer discovery. Strong customer development skills, comfort with high ambiguity, and excellent communication. Familiarity with crypto/Web3 (wallets, DeFi basics, on-chain payments, developer tooling) is essential. Experience with payments infrastructure, AI/agent products, account abstraction (ERC-4337), or B2B developer tools is a plus.
