The Harvard LEAD Fellowship for Promoting Women in Global Health is a transformative 1-year program, running from September 2024 through August 2025, offered by the Harvard Global Health Institute and the Global Health and Population Department at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

This fellowship aims to equip and empower women leaders in global health, especially from low- and middle-income countries, through a blend of virtual engagement and a 4-week in-residence experience in Cambridge, MA, in April 2025. Participants benefit from 1:1 executive leadership coaching, mentorship by Harvard Faculty, speaking opportunities, enrollment in Harvard courses, and leadership skill-building workshops.

Rules & Qualifications:
- Open to applicants from all continents, regions, disciplines, sectors, ages, and gender identities.
- Applicants must work full-time in global health with at least 15 years of professional experience.
- Must have substantial leadership experience and potential.
- Requires support from the applicant's employer and a champion within their organization.
- Applicants must be available for a 4-week in-residence period in April 2025 and able to obtain a J-1 visa.
- Visa fees, housing, flights, and a living stipend during the in-residence period are covered by the fellowship.
- Applicants should not have participated in any full-time fellowship lasting 4 months or longer within the two years prior to this fellowship.
