The Global Women in Management (GWIM) program is a powerful hybrid experience designed to elevate women leaders globally. It begins with a two-week immersive program in Washington, DC, where participants engage directly with policymakers, global experts, and thought leaders. This is followed by six months of structured virtual learning, mentorship, and peer exchange to strengthen economic leadership, AI and digital transformation capabilities, and executive decision-making skills.

Target Audience:
Women leaders from the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Geographic Eligibility:
Brazil, Egypt, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Mozambique, China, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates.

Tangible Benefit:
Fully funded two-week in-person training in Washington, DC, followed by a six-month mentorship program. Access to a global network of over 1,000 GWIM alumnae.
