- Eligibility: Citizens or permanent residents of Quad or ASEAN countries, at least 18 years old, with a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a STEM field by August 2024.
- Prospective Graduate Students: Must have applied to an eligible STEM graduate program at a US-based university for the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Current Graduate Students: Must be enrolled full-time in an eligible STEM graduate program at a US university for the full 2024-2025 academic year.

Required Application Materials:
- Official Transcript: Undergraduate and, if applicable, graduate transcripts.
Statement of Purpose: Describing academic and professional interests and how they aim to impact society positively.

Resume: No more than 2 pages, detailing relevant experiences.
- Three Letters of Recommendation: At least two from professors, one from either a professional or academic contact.
