The India Industry Internship (III) 2024 opens the door for Swiss engineering students to immerse themselves in a unique international experience in Bengaluru, the tech capital of South Asia. This program is designed to bridge the meticulous Swiss engineering methods with the dynamic innovation mindset of India. For three months, participants will collaborate with leading Indian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in fields such as robotics, cybernetics, and art tech, working on real-life projects that push the boundaries of technology and creativity.

Highlights:
- Work alongside a diverse group of talented engineers and innovators.
- Engage in projects with companies like Systemantics, CynLr Cybernetics, and Pors & Rao.
- Opportunities for future engagements in Switzerland, especially with CynLr Cybernetics' new office in the canton of Vaud.
- Diverse internship positions available across robotics application research, computer engineering (software), embedded electronics engineering, robotics/interface programming, and mechanical/mechatronics design.

Eligibility:
- Open to students from Swiss Universities of Applied Sciences or Swiss universities (including recent graduates within a year of application).
- Candidates must be pursuing or have completed degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, ICT, Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s students must have completed their 2nd semester, and the program is also open to Master’s students.

Application Process:
- Submit a motivation letter, CV, technical skills description, university transcripts, and a letter of recommendation.
- Apply by March 31, 2024, for internships between July and December 2024.

Important Information:
- The internship duration is three months, with flexible starting dates.
- Visa support letters provided; accommodation and health insurance are the responsibility of the intern.
